This phase invites you to stop — honestly, gently, without judgment — and look at where you actually are. Across your Spiritual Life, your Physical Well-Being, and your Relational World. Not where you think you should be. Not where you were. Where you are right now.

Nothing of lasting value takes hold in soil that hasn’t been tended. Align is where the tending begins.

Warm, unhurried, and grounded in your real life. Each lesson runs approximately 8 minutes and is yours to return to anytime within your four-month access window.

Your personal space for reflection, honest self-inquiry, and integration throughout the phase.
