About this 3-Month Coaching Container

This package includes six private coaching sessions over a three-month period. Each of the sessions are 50 minutes. After our first intake session, the remaining five sessions will be scheduled at a cadence that supports continuity, integration, and your availability.

This container is designed to provide consistent, individualized support while allowing space between sessions for reflection and embodiment of your insights. Scheduling, reminders, and session access will be managed through your private coaching space in Kajabi.
